What do you think about trying a one-day cleansing diet?
Wake up early in the morning. Pour warm water into a large thermos (the water should not be boiling, but it shouldn’t be lukewarm either—hot, like tea temperature).
For each glass of water, add a few drops of lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
Keep the thermos nearby and drink half a glass of warm water every 20 minutes.
During the day, if hunger becomes too strong, have a bowl of cooked apples.
Around 6 PM, have a bowl of vegetable soup. Prepare it with carrot, parsley, onion, celery, cilantro, a small amount of chicken breast, and quinoa. Add saffron, turmeric, and coriander seeds, and season it with lemon juice.
Before bed, drink a glass of digestive lassi.
This one-day cleansing diet can be followed once a week or every two weeks.
