How about making a refreshing and tasty drink to stay hydrated during these hot summer days?
How to make it:
1 glass of water (preferably not ice-cold)
1–2 tablespoons of grated cucumber (with skin)
2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons of grape molasses or maple syrup
2 tablespoons of coconut water
1 teaspoon of rose water
A pinch or two of salt
Optional: Add a few leaves of fresh cilantro or mint for extra flavor and freshness.
