A natural, aromatic, and phlegm-reducing sweetener.

Did you know making apple syrup is super easy?

 Wash 1–2 kilograms of sweet apples and extract their juice using a juicer.

 Strain the juice and pour it into a pot.

 Add one cinnamon stick to the pot and simmer uncovered over low heat for 30 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

 When the syrup thickens, remove it from the heat.

Store your homemade apple syrup in the refrigerator.
