Triphala Ingredients:

Haritaki powder, Amla, Bibhitaki

Benefits of Triphala:

Mild laxative, digestive aid, anti-bloating, cleansing for the gastrointestinal tract, liver, and kidneys, memory booster, hair strengthener, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, rejuvenates body tissues.

How to Use:

Consume Triphala daily using one of the following methods:

* On an empty stomach in the morning, mix 1/2 teaspoon of Triphala powder with 1 teaspoon of honey, swallow, and then drink a glass of warm water.

* Add 1/2 teaspoon of Triphala powder to a cup of boiling water; after steeping, drink it either in the morning on an empty stomach or at night before bed.

Contraindications:

Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or in cases of loose stools or diarrhea.
