Coriander belongs to the category of cold and dry vegetables and is a magical herb for summer.

Feeling overwhelmed by the heat? Are your hands and feet constantly hot or sweaty? Experiencing eczema, hives, or other skin problems during the summer?

Take a handful of this magical herb and put it in a blender. Add one cup of lukewarm water, a pinch of rosemary or cumin, one teaspoon of fresh lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and a pinch of salt. Blend everything well. Strain the resulting coriander juice and drink it once or twice a day. Stop consuming it once your body heat has normalized.

***Just keep in mind, coriander can lower blood pressure… If you usually have low blood pressure, avoid overconsuming this mixture.
