Tania Dadvand is a yoga instructor with a master’s degree in Agricultural Engineering. Her yoga journey began in 2014 at the Yoga Center, where consistent practice, discipline, and body awareness transformed her perspective on life and inner peace. She considers herself a lifelong student, believing that yoga is a journey with no end. At the passionate Ananda community, she teaches prenatal yoga, guiding mothers-to-be through pregnancy with calmness, confidence, and body awareness.
What sets Tania apart in teaching is her patience, discipline, and commitment to her personal practice. She believes in improving a little each day compared to the previous version of herself and conveys this mindset to her students with kindness and serenity. Her classes provide a safe, non-judgmental environment aligned with each individual’s natural rhythm, allowing yoga to become a truly peaceful and inward experience.
