Founder and Director of Ananda

Setareh Kiumarsi is the founder and director of the Ananda Cultural Institute. She is a graduate of Ayurveda from Alandi Ashram Gurukula University in the state of Colorado, USA. Drawing on academic education, practical experience, and years of in-depth study in the field of Ayurveda, she presents a comprehensive and authentic approach to holistic health.
After returning to Iran in 2017, and with the aim of localizing and integrating Ayurvedic teachings with Iranian traditional medicine, she began her educational and promotional activities in the field of natural health. The establishment of Ananda is the result of this research-based and educational journey—one that emphasizes the conscious transmission of ancient Eastern wisdom within a scientific, practical framework tailored to the needs of modern individuals.
Her primary focus is on creating an effective connection between the traditional wisdom of Ayurveda and contemporary scientific approaches, raising public awareness about healthy lifestyle practices, mind–body balance, and empowering individuals to take conscious responsibility for their own health.
Under the guidance and leadership of Setareh Kiumarsi, Ananda provides a platform for education, consultation, and the development of a deeper perspective on health and well-being—one that views health not merely as the absence of disease, but as a sustainable balance between body, mind, and awareness.
