Monireh Yousefi is a professional instructor specializing in internal martial arts and relaxation practices, with years of experience in Tai Chi Chuan (Yang style) and Qigong. She focuses on promoting physical health, mental clarity, and inner balance through mindful movement and structured practice.
Holding a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Monireh combines her academic understanding of human behavior and motivation with practical teaching methods to create classes that are effective, calming, and supportive.
She has earned Level 1 Instructor and Level 1 Referee certifications from the Wushu Federation, as well as Dan 4 rank, positioning her as a highly skilled and knowledgeable practitioner. Her teaching style blends traditional Yang-style Tai Chi principles with modern training and therapeutic approaches, emphasizing precision, mindfulness, and safe practice.
Currently, she is actively teaching at the Hekmat Community Center, guiding students with patience, attentiveness, and a supportive approach to enhance both physical well-being and mental relaxation.
