Ingredients:
Combine the following whole herbs (not powdered) in a large container using the same measuring cup for each:
Lavender (1)
Lemon balm (1)
Borage flowers (1)
Valerian root (1)
Chamomile (1)
Rose petals (1)
Hibiscus or edible barberry (1)
Instructions:
Each time you want to make a cup of Setareh Relaxation Tea, add 1–2 teaspoons of the herbal mixture (depending on your cup size) into your cup, pour boiling water over it, and let it steep. Once brewed, add a few drops of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of honey!
If you are using this tea to help with insomnia, drink one cup 1–2 hours before bedtime.
