– Which one is the heaviest and which one is the lightest?

– Which one causes weight gain the most and which one burns mucus the most?

In Ayurveda, most sweet-tasting foods are moist in quality and tend to cause weight gain.

The amount of moisture that some of these sweeteners produce is very high, making them suitable for people who are underweight and want to gain weight… Examples include  date syrup, fig syrup, and grape syrup.

Some natural sweeteners are lighter, produce less moisture, and are easier to digest. These are more suitable for people suffering from conditions caused by excess mucus in the body… (such as diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity, and high fat levels…). Examples include maple syrup, mulberry syrup, stevia, and agave syrup.

Did you know that there are two sweeteners that, instead of being moist, are drying and mucus-burning? In other words, these sweeteners do not produce moisture or cause weight gain,they burn fat and help with slimming. Which ones?

Honey and apple syrup… These sweeteners are the most suitable for people who have excess moisture in their bodies.
