Do you experience bloating or frequent belching after meals?
Drink a glass of digestive lassi with your meal:
In a glass, add ¼ cup of yogurt. Pour a bit of boiling water on top and stir well until the yogurt is smooth. Then fill the rest of the glass with boiling water and add ¼ tsp fennel powder + ¼ tsp cumin + ¼ tsp coriander seed powder + a pinch or two of salt.
Make sure the lassi is consumed hot—cold and salty lassi acts like poison and is your digestive system’s enemy. But warm, spiced lassi acts like a digestive elixir and supports healthy digestion.
What else?
Starting two hours after each meal, drink a cup of digestive tea every hour.
What else?
After meals, chew ½ tsp of fennel seeds or a single green cardamom pod like gum, and swallow it at the end. If you have time and interest, prepare your own chewable mix and chew and swallow ½ tsp of it every hour during the day.
