Home Remedies
Do you hear sounds echoing in your ear? Is ear ringing driving you crazy? The following home remedies might help:
Oil
To treat ear ringing, finely chop one clove of garlic and sauté it in one tablespoon of violet oil or sesame oil (just like you’re making garlic oil). Once the oil cools down, strain it and pour it into a small jar. Two to three times a week, soak a cotton ball in this oil, lie down on the ear that doesn’t ring, and gently place the soaked cotton in the ear that does. Stay in this position for ten minutes. Then, remove the cotton and lie down on the ringing ear so the excess oil can drain out.
Poultice
Mix the following herbs as powders in the specified ratios:
Thyme (1) + Marjoram (1) + Black seed (1) + Cinnamon (1) + Ginger (1/8) + Neem (3) + Myrtle (3) + Coriander seed (1)
Each day, mix 1 to 2 teaspoons of the powder with a little warm water until you get a loose paste. Apply this paste to your facial skin, behind the ears, and under the earlobes. Wait 20 minutes, then rinse your face. After that, dab your skin with a cotton ball soaked in rosewater. If you don’t like the smell of rosewater, use fresh aloe vera gel instead.
Herbal Tea
Drink the following herbal tea 2–3 times a day:
Lemon verbena (1) + Cinnamon bark (1) + Chamomile (1) + Rose petals (1)
Steep one teaspoon of the blend in a cup of boiling water. Once steeped, add a few drops of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and a pinch of salt. Drink this tea two to three times a day.
Massage
Prepare violet oil made with a sesame oil base. Every day, massage your earlobes and the area around your ears in a circular, clockwise motion using this oil.
Wishing you vibrant health
