Polycystic Ovary Syndrome & Oil Massage

By Setareh Kiumarsi

Did you know that massaging with natural oils can significantly help reduce the symptoms of polycystic ovary syndrome?

Three to four times a week, massage your lower back, sides, around the navel, lower abdomen, and over the ovaries using the following oil blend in equal parts. Massage in circular, clockwise motions for about 5–10 minutes:

Castor oil + black seed oil + bitter almond oil

After the massage, fill your bathtub with warm water and sit in it for about 10–15 minutes. If you don’t have a bathtub, fill a large basin with warm water and sit in it under a warm shower.

Be full of health…
