Ananda Menopause Herbal Tea

Sage (1 part)

Fennel (1 part)

Vitex (Chasteberry) (1 part)

Rose petals (1 part)

How to prepare:

Each time you want to make the tea:

1. Add 1 teaspoon of the herbal mixture to 1 cup of boiling water.

2. Let it steep for about 10 minutes.

3. After steeping, add:

 a few drops of fresh lemon juice+ 1 teaspoon honey+ a pinch of salt+ a pinch of saffron

Drink this tea 3–4 times a day ,between meals.

It helps reduce hot flashes, balances hormones, and provides calm and comfort during menopause.
