Instead of having bread and cheese, omelet, or bread and jam (which are all fattening), how about making a light, fat-burning vegetable drink?
Blend together:
1 carrot+ 1 small cucumber (with the peel)+ a handful of parsley (or basil or spinach)+ 1 glass of warm water
Then add:
1–2 teaspoons of lemon juice+ 2–3 teaspoons of honey+1–2 pinches of salt
Mix everything well and drink it instead of breakfast.
