Antidepressant Herbal Tea

Combine the following whole (non-powdered) herbs in a large container, using a small glass as your measuring unit:

 2 parts dried basil

 1 part rosemary

 1 part Gotu kola

 ½ part dried rose petals

To prepare a cup of tea, add 1 teaspoon of this herbal blend to a cup of boiling water.

Add a pinch of saffron and let it steep for several minutes.

Once brewed, add a few drops of fresh lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of honey, and a pinch of salt.

Drink this tea 3–4 times a day.
