Ingredients:
5 cloves of garlic
Fresh ginger, about the length of a finger
1 large turnip (or several small ones)
1 onion
1 cup coriander seeds
1 jar of honey (1 kg)
Instructions:
1. Finely chop all ingredients except the coriander seeds.
2. In a container, combine all the chopped ingredients with the coriander seeds. Add the honey and mix well.
3. Transfer the mixture to a large jar and close it tightly. Let it sit for 2–3 days to transform into antibiotic honey, shaking the jar occasionally during this period.
4. After three days, strain the contents using a fine sieve, pressing the solids to extract their properties into the honey.
5. Store the honey in the refrigerator. During the cold fall and winter months, whenever you feel the onset of a cold, take 1 tablespoon of this honey three times a day (morning, noon, and night).
6. During a cold, you can take a little more, as it helps strengthen the immune system and aids in the elimination of undigested phlegm.
Enjoy your Antibiotic Honey!
