One handful, two handfuls, and a half, a handful of sweet nuts!
Ready-made sweet nut mixes usually contain all kinds of almonds, nuts, and delicious little treats. But some of their ingredients may not suit every body type or dosha. So why not make your own balanced homemade sweet nut mix, and enjoy a handful of it midday with a warm herbal tea?
Ingredients for a balanced sweet nut mix:
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup pistachios
1 cup almonds
½ cup hazelnuts
½ cup roasted chickpeas
1 cup raisins or dried mulberries
1 cup dried apricots
1–2 cups dried apple slices
