Ingredients:
Fennel or Golpar: 1 part
Green cumin: 1 part
Green cardamom: 1 part
Rose petals: ½ part
Coriander seeds: ½ part
Instructions:
Combine the above spices (whole seeds or leaves, not powdered) in a large container according to the proportions listed. You can choose any measurement unit you like, for example, a tablespoon.
Each time you want to make a cup of digestive tea, take one teaspoon of this spice mix and pour it into a cup of boiling water. Let it steep. You can also add:
1 teaspoon lemon juice+1 teaspoon honey+ a pinch of saffron+ a pinch of salt
Drink one cup of digestive tea every hour, starting two hours after each meal, until your hunger returns. Do not eat snacks or fruits before your real hunger comes back. (If your meal contains animal protein, digestion usually takes 5–6 hours. For plant-based meals, it takes about 3–4 hours.)
Replace coffee, instant coffee, black tea, or green tea with this digestive tea! It not only aids digestion and burns fat but also avoids the many harmful effects of caffeinated teas.
If you like, this tea is also available from the Ananda product section.
