Summer Herbal Tea

It’s hot outside… but craving a cup of herbal tea?

Why not make yourself a refreshing tea with cooling properties?

Ingredients (Whole Herbs, Not Powdered)

Combine the following herbs in a container, using the same unit for all (for example, a small glass):

 2 parts hibiscus flowers

 2 parts chamomile

 1 part lemon balm

 1 part dried rose petals

Each time you want a cup, add 1 teaspoon of the herbal blend to a cup of boiling water.

Let it steep for a few minutes, then enjoy a refreshing summer drink.
