Home Remedies for Stomach Pain
Does stomach pain show up at all hours, uninvited?
Is your pain accompanied by burning or spasms?
Chew one green cardamom pod every one to two hours like chewing gum, and then swallow it. Also, make a tea by adding two cardamom pods and one teaspoon of rosewater (or a pinch of dried rose petals) to a cup of boiling water. After it steeps, add a few drops of lemon juice and one teaspoon of honey. Drink this tea every hour until your pain eases.
Is your stomach pain accompanied by constipation?
Chew half a teaspoon of ajwain along with half a teaspoon of fennel seeds, just like gum, and swallow them at the end. After swallowing, drink a glass of warm water. This combination also helps with cough and colds.
Throughout the day, sip a digestive tea every hour.
What else can help?
Massage your stomach in a circular, clockwise motion using castor oil or black seed oil, then place a hot water bottle on top of your abdomen after the massage.
Be full of health…
