Ingredients:
1 cup boiling water
A pinch of saffron
A pinch of cardamom
A pinch of cinnamon
A pinch of rose petals
A pinch of vanilla
1 tablespoon orange blossom distillate
2 chopped pistachios
1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
Fill a cup with boiling water and add all the spices.
Chop two pistachios and add them to the cup along with the honey and orange blossom distillate.
Stir well and enjoy your tea.
This tea is calming, aids digestion, and is suitable for all body types…
except for those with a severe Pitta (bile) imbalance.
