Pomegranate is considered one of the most balanced fruits. Its nature is cold and dry, it cools the body, and has anti-inflammatory properties!

Pomegranate is also one of the best natural remedies for lowering blood pressure:

If your blood pressure is high, juice a pomegranate and pour the juice into a bottle. Two hours after each meal, take 2 tablespoons of pomegranate juice every hour, mix it with a glass of warm water and a teaspoon of honey, and drink it.

However, if your constitution is cold, your metabolism is slow, or you have hypothyroidism, be aware that pomegranate can reduce thyroid activity and is good for hyperthyroidism. Therefore, it is better to consume pomegranate with its digestive aids (mollifiers).

What is the digestive aid for pomegranate?!

The best aid is the thin white membrane that separates the seeds?! When eating pomegranate, chew a few of these white membranes along with the seeds before swallowing!

Alternatively, sprinkle a little salt, Golpar (Persian hogweed), or fennel on the seeds!

If you have constipation, do not chew the seeds. Pomegranate seeds are a strong laxative! Simply suck the juice, swallow the seeds whole, or discard them!
