Are your hands and feet always hot?!
Did you know that rubbing your body with olive oil, coconut oil, or fresh aloe vera gel cools your body down?
Before going to bed at night, massage the soles of your feet with one of these oils or aloe vera gel. Also, apply a few drops of the oil or gel on or around your navel!
By doing this, your body cools down, your nightmares decrease, your anger subsides, and Pitta (bile) calms down and moves toward balance.
