How can we treat acid reflux with home remedies?!

— Stop drinking coffee and black tea. Instead, start two hours after each meal and drink one cup of digestive tea every hour.
If digestive tea isn’t available, drink a cup of warm water with a few drops of lemon juice and a teaspoon of honey instead!

Did you know baked apple is one of the most effective remedies for acid reflux?!

Peel and chop one or two apples, sprinkle some cardamom powder and dried rose petals on top, add a little water, and steam them. Once cooked, add one or two teaspoons of honey and enjoy!

— With your lunch and dinner, eat digestive salad. This salad acts like a sponge, absorbing undigested phlegm and preventing reflux (you can find recipes for other types of digestive salads under Digestive Salad 2, Anti-Phlegm Salad 1, Anti-Phlegm Salad 2, and Anti-Phlegm Salad 3).

Make this spice blend:

  • Cardamom (1)
  • Fennel seeds (1)
  • Cumin seeds (1)
  • Coriander seeds (½)
  • Dried rose petals (½)

Whenever you experience reflux, mix ½ teaspoon of this herbal blend with a little honey to form a paste. Swallow it, then drink a cup of digestive tea or warm water with lemon and honey afterward.
You can repeat this remedy every 3 hours until your reflux subsides!
