How to Make Gluten-Free Cupcakes

 Ingredients:

 ½ cup rice flour

 ¼ cup corn flour

 ¼ cup cornstarch

 1 egg

 ¾ cup almond milk, yogurt, or buttermilk

 4 tablespoons olive oil

 ½ to 1 cup natural sweetener (such as apple syrup, grape syrup, mulberry syrup, or maple syrup)

 1 teaspoon baking powder

 1 teaspoon guar gum

 Spices: saffron, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, vanilla, nutmeg powder, dried rose petals, and a pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix together the rice flour, cornstarch, corn flour, baking powder, and guar gum.

2. In another bowl, whisk the egg, almond milk (or yogurt or buttermilk), and olive oil until smooth.

3. Gradually combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently until well blended.

4. Grease your cupcake molds and pour the batter into them.

5. Bake for 10 minutes with heat from the top, then another 10 minutes with heat from the bottom.
