Have your eyebrows become scattered?

Did you know that in Ayurveda, eyebrow thinning (especially at the outer ends) can be a sign of slowed metabolism, early-stage diabetes, or hypothyroidism? That’s why if you’re experiencing this issue, it’s important to adjust your nutrition, digestion, and lifestyle.

But what are the home remedies for this condition?

Every day, mix 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seed powder with a little warm water to create a loose paste. Apply it as a poultice on your eyebrows and leave it on for about 10 minutes. After rinsing, apply fresh aloe vera gel on your eyebrows (you can store an aloe vera leaf in the fridge for one to two months—just cut off 1 cm each time and use the gel).

Once or twice a week, apply egg yolk on your eyebrows and let it sit for about 10–20 minutes. After rinsing, apply fresh aloe vera gel again.

Daily massage of the eyebrows with castor oil or amla oil is also very helpful for stimulating eyebrow hair growth.
