Experiencing diarrhea during COVID?
Drink the following herbal infusion once every hour:
Mix the following whole herbs (not powdered) in the proportions below:
Cardamom (1) + Rosemary (1) + Chamomile (1) + Coriander seeds (1) + Dried quince (2) (If you don’t have dried quince, you can substitute dried apple)
In one cup of boiling water, add 1 tsp of the herbal blend + a few drops of fresh lemon juice + 1 tsp honey + 1 tsp peppermint distillate (or 2–3 fresh mint leaves) + a pinch of salt. Let it steep. If you don’t have a fever, you can also add ½ tsp of finely chopped fresh ginger to the mix. (Stop drinking this infusion once the diarrhea subsides.)
Also, cook apple or quince with a little cardamom. Once it cools, drizzle with honey and eat it throughout the day as a snack.
