Is cow’s dairy good for everyone…?!
Did you know that cow’s dairy products create a large amount of Kapha (mucus and moisture) in the digestive system?!They reduce dryness in the body, promote weight gain, and support growth?
However, because of their sticky and phlegm-producing nature, many people cannot digest cow’s dairy properly causing undigested mucus to accumulate in the digestive tract.
People whose genetic constitution (Prakriti) is dominated by the Kapha dosha… or those suffering from Kapha imbalance (excess mucus, heaviness, and sluggishness in the body)…should avoid cow’s dairy.
Conditions such as obesity, frequent colds, allergies, asthma, respiratory issues, diabetes, and hypothyroidism are all related to Kapha imbalance.
Eliminating cow’s dairy from the diet can significantly improve these conditions.
For such individuals, camel or goat dairy products are much more suitable alternatives.
