Breast Inflammation and Pain

By Setareh Kiumarsi

Swelling, pain, and inflammation in the breasts before your period…

Do your breasts get swollen, painful, and inflamed a few days before your period or during ovulation?

Throughout the month, two to three times a week, massage your breasts with castor oil for about ten minutes before showering using the following method:

Put some castor oil on your hands and massage each breast from the breastbone outward toward the armpit. Place your thumb on top of the breast and the other four fingers underneath. Then massage the entire breast and armpit area in circular, clockwise motions.

Castor oil is a natural laxative with lubricating properties. This massage helps flush out toxins and excess phlegm accumulated in the breasts by moving them into the lymphatic system, eventually helping your body eliminate them. It’s also a highly effective method for preventing breast cancer, as well as the formation of cysts and fibroids in the breasts.
