Feeling anxious and restless? Is your heart racing all the time?

Treat yourself today to a cup of the following calming herbal tea:

Ananda Relaxation Tea

Combine the following whole (non-powdered) herbs in a large container, using a small glass as your measuring unit:

 1 part lavender

 1 part lemon balm

 1 part borage flowers

 1 part valerian root

 1 part chamomile

 1 part dried rose petals

To brew a cup, add 1–2 teaspoons of this herbal blend (depending on your cup size) to a cup of boiling water and let it steep for several minutes.

Once brewed, add a few drops of fresh lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of honey.

Note: This tea may slightly lower blood pressure. If your blood pressure is naturally low, add ¼ cup of lemon balm extract after brewing.
