Coconut Sweet Treat

Ingredients:

 16 tablespoons desiccated coconut

 2 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)

 4 tablespoons honey

 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds

 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds

 Olive oil

 Spices (optional): vanilla, cardamom, rose petals, and a pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Mix tahini and honey:

   In a bowl, combine the tahini and honey until smooth.

2. Add coconut and seeds:

   Add the desiccated coconut and mix well. Then add pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, and the optional spices. Mix until everything is evenly combined.

3. Prepare the tray:

   Take a small rectangular dish and line it completely with aluminum foil, covering both the bottom and sides. Lightly grease the foil with olive oil.

4. Spread the mixture:

   Pour the coconut mixture into the prepared dish and use a spoon to flatten it into a thin, even layer. Cover the dish and place it in the freezer for about 1 hour until it sets.

5. Cut into pieces:

   After an hour, remove the dish from the freezer. Lift the dessert with the foil, invert it, and peel off the foil. Use a knife to cut the dessert into small rectangular pieces.

6. Serve:

   Enjoy this treat before a meal or as an afternoon snack with a digestive herbal tea. Store in the refrigerator, as it can soften at room temperature.
