– How can you become a member of this family?
Very easily… we’re giving you a roadmap and will be with you every step of the way…
Are you ready? Let’s go…
Step One
Start by getting to know the general principles and language of Ayurveda (traditional Indian medicine).
To do this, go to the main menu, click on “Educational Content,” then select “Specialized Teachings of Ayurveda” and read the articles.
Step Two
Once you’re familiar with Ayurveda, it’s time to discover your dosha.
In the main menu, click on “Temperament Test,” answer the questions patiently.
After you get the result, go back to the “Educational Content” section in the main menu, select “Specialized Teachings of Ayurveda,” click on the article related to your dosha, and get to know it better.
Step Three
Now that you’ve entered the world of Ayurveda, it’s a good idea to create an Ayurvedic routine for your day. How?
Again, go to the “Educational Content” section in the main menu, click on “Specialized Teachings of Ayurveda,” and read the articles “An Ayurvedic Day (1)” and “An Ayurvedic Day (2).”
Step Four
Next, it’s time to let go of unhealthy habits and start respecting your body. How?
Cut down or eliminate caffeine, fast food, white flour, sugar, and unhealthy snacks (like ice cream, sweets, sugary desserts, cheese puffs, chips, etc.).
Giving up caffeine is hard… right?
Go to the “Educational Content” section in the main menu, click on “Specialized Teachings of Ayurveda,” and read the articles on “Life Without Caffeine.”
Step Five
Your physical and mental health is your most precious treasure… take care of it… give it your time and attention.
Respect your digestive system… don’t put just anything in it… cook for yourself… bring self-care routines into your daily life… be kind to your body so it can be kind to you…
And most importantly… be persistent on this journey and don’t give up easily.
